Payroll Tax Administration

We file 941, 940, state withholding, state unemployment, and local withholding reports for all employees of The Employer Group. With the exception of state unemployment reports in a few select states, all of these reports are filed under The Employer Group's Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), not our clients. Due to state regulations, clients in Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and Minnesota need to have their own state unemployment account; however, we will handle the filings related to those accounts. If you are in one of those states, we will send you the necessary paperwork to establish an account when you sign up with us or shortly thereafter.
