Empoyee Assistance Program

The Employer Group offers an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) to all of its employees through Unum.  This service is free to all of our employees and 100% confidential. You have unlimited access to consultants by telephone, unlimited website access, and up to three face to face visits with counselors for help with short term problems.  The EAP is available to help you find solutions to everyday challenges at home and at work as well as issues involving both your emotional and physical well being.  Help is available for childcare or eldercare referrals, personal relationship information, health and wellness, legal consultations, financial planning assistance, stress management, career development, and much more.
